Care & welfare

Time for care. Scheduling and invoicing take care of themselves.

Home care, personal assistance and residential care have the most complicated schedules and the most detailed agreements. Micronomy plans around each employee's working hours, prices evening and weekend time to the minute and invoices the municipality according to the framework agreement.

Sound familiar?

The schedule in one tool, the timesheets in another and the invoicing in a third.
Evening and weekend supplements are worked out by hand – visit by visit.
The municipality indexes prices retroactively, and every invoice since then has to be corrected.
Cancelled visits that have already been invoiced turn into a credit note for the full amount.

How Micronomy solves it

Every visit planned, reported and invoiced – once.

Availability & scheduling

Full-time, part-time and shifts in one plan

Work patterns with breaks are assigned week by week, even across the new year. Plan per team and area, see public holidays and half days right in the calendar, and let changes reach everyone affected at the same moment.

Units & care records

Every team with its clients

Split the organisation into units by area or team – Home Care Södermalm, the Night Patrol – each with its own members and groups. Link clients to the unit or to a group, and decide per group who can read, write, update, seal and unseal record notes. The permissions apply to every client linked to the group.

Skills & delegations

Know who is allowed to do what

Collect skills such as dementia care and sign language with levels 1–5, plus delegations and training such as medication delegation and CPR with validity dates. Staff keep their own details up to date, and you find everyone with the right skills in seconds.

Timesheets

Every kind of time, correctly categorised

Billable visits, internal time, training, holiday, sick leave, parental leave and travel. Staff report from the shift, the team leader approves and locks the week, and a denied entry comes back with a reason.

Invoicing

Supplements to the minute, breaks removed

A visit that runs into evening hours or a weekend is split, and each part is invoiced at its own price. Mandatory breaks are deducted before pricing, so the municipality only pays for work.

Agreements

Municipal framework agreements, as written

Framework agreements with separate agreements for, say, night staffing and day services, each with its own prices and dates. The signed agreement and its appendices sit with the deal, and an agreement cannot be finalised until every service has a price.

Pricing Matrix 2.0 & credit notes

Indexation and cancelled visits without spreadsheets

Enter the new price from the date it applies and see every affected invoice before you confirm. Credit just the line for the cancelled visit – with a reason, in the same number series.

Frequently asked questions.

Can an employee work different hours in different weeks?

Yes. Patterns are assigned week by week, so a part-time week can sit in the middle of a full-time season.

Can team leaders approve only their own team?

Yes. Permissions can be granted per team, so an approver in one area cannot act in another.

Can an invoice that has already been paid be credited?

Yes. Finalised, sent and paid invoices can all be credited, so the credit note also serves as the basis for a refund.
