Common Questions.
When should I use a framework agreement?
When one customer buys several services under one master deal. Each service gets its own contract with its own prices and dates, and they all share the framework's customer.
Why can't I finalise my agreement?
Micronomy checks the pricing before finalising. If a service is missing something, such as a standard rate, you get a list naming each one so you can fix it first.
What happens when I finalise?
The dates are fixed, the pricing is prepared, and the services your staff log time against are created. Progress is shown while it runs.
Does a contract need an end date?
No. A contract can run open-ended. For an extra fixed period, add an extension under the same framework.
Which time zone do the dates use?
Each agreement and contract has its own time zone, Stockholm by default, so the start and end dates mean the same day for everyone.
