Consulting
You sell hours. Invoice every one.
Framework agreements with call-offs, prices renegotiated mid-year and time reported at the last minute. Micronomy keeps agreements, time and invoices together so no billable hour falls through the cracks.
Sound familiar?
How Micronomy solves it
The agreement drives the work. The work becomes the invoice.
Framework agreements & call-offs
Structured the way you sell
A framework agreement holds separate call-offs, each with its own prices and dates, and extensions are added under the framework. The agreement cannot be confirmed until pricing is complete – then the services consultants report against are created automatically. Signed agreements and attachments stay with the deal.

Renegotiate without rewriting the agreement
Change an hourly rate from the date you agreed on, even months back – and set an end date for a temporary discount. Every invoiced hour is repriced by the same engine that created the invoice, and you see each affected invoice and whether it becomes a credit or an additional charge – to the krona – before anything changes.

No hour gets forgotten
Schedule the consultant on an assignment and they get the right to report against it. Time starts from the plan, billable and internal time are kept apart, and approvers are reminded when entries wait too long. A rejected entry goes back with a reason and a link straight to the week.

Answer the client in seconds
Every reported hour carries its agreement and call-off all the way to the invoice line. Invoice a single agreement when the client wants it separately, and credit exactly the line that went wrong.

The right consultant for the assignment
Build a catalogue of your skills – languages, frameworks, cloud platforms – with levels 1–5, and keep track of when certifications expire. Aliases like “k8s” and “dotnet” make search find the right people. When a client needs a Kubernetes expert, you see who has it, and at what level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can different call-offs have different hourly rates?
Yes. Each call-off under a framework agreement has its own prices and dates, and hours are invoiced against the call-off they were reported on.
What happens to invoices already sent when we raise a price retroactively?
You see every affected invoice, whether it becomes a credit or an additional charge, and the exact amount – and the change only takes effect once you have confirmed that impact. The originals are never touched. Creating the corrections as drafts automatically is in development.
Can we continue our current invoice number series?
Yes. Enter a prefix and a starting number, and Micronomy picks up where your previous system left off.
Show us your most complicated framework agreement.
We set up the framework agreement and one of its contracts in Micronomy with you, and follow it all the way to the invoice.
