The Right Tools for Every Role.
Switch on the parts of Micronomy your organisation uses, then decide who gets each one: a role, a team, a few named people or a share of your users. Everyone sees only what they need, and changes reach them straight away.

Three Steps to the Right Access.
Turn it on, choose who gets it, and Micronomy does the rest.
Switch on a feature
Turn on the parts of Micronomy you use. Anything a feature depends on is checked for you, and its admin tools come with it.
Choose who gets it
Give it to a role, a team, named people or a share of your users. Until you choose, everyone or your administrators get it by default.
People see what they can use
Menus and screens adjust to each person's access, and update as soon as it changes.

Features you control
- Use only what you needSwitch features on and off for your organisation, from scheduling to invoicing.
- Dependencies handledAdd-ons like smart scheduling need their main feature, and Micronomy keeps that consistent.
- Admin tools follow alongTurn on a feature and its management tools come with it.
- Let teams decideAllow individual teams to manage features such as scheduling and timesheets for themselves.
Given to the right people
- By roleGive a feature to everyone with a role, such as team leads or coordinators.
- By teamGive it only within a team or location, so a reviewer in one team can't act in another.
- By nameAdd individual people when a role is too broad.
- Gradual rolloutTry a feature with a percentage of your users before giving it to everyone.
Clear and in step
- Menus that fitEach person's menu shows only what they can use, in the order they prefer.
- Changes apply straight awayWhen access changes, the people affected are updated without logging out.
- See anyone's accessCheck exactly which features a person has, and who has a given feature.
- Sensible from day oneNew features go to everyone or to administrators by default, so nothing is left unusable.
On the Roadmap.
Access between people
Say exactly who may approve whose timesheets, or plan whose calendar, instead of granting it to a whole team.
Act on someone's behalf
Let a colleague cover for someone who's away, with their access and a clear record of who did what.
Switch it on. Choose who. Done.
Common Questions.
What happens when I switch a feature on?
If you haven't chosen who gets it, everyday features go to everyone and admin features go to your organisation's owners. Change that at any time by choosing roles, teams or people.
What if I switch a feature off?
Nobody in your organisation can use it, whatever access they were given, and anything that depends on it switches off too.
Can someone have access in one team but not another?
Yes. Give a feature to a team and the person can use it only within that team, for example reviewing timesheets for their own location.
Does someone have to log out for new access to work?
No. Their screens are told about the change and pick up the new access straight away.
Can I see why someone has a feature?
Yes. You can look up the features a person has, and the people who have a feature.
