SchedulingPlans that turn into paid hours

Plan the Week Around Who's Available.

Build shifts straight from each person's working week, link them to the care they deliver, and watch the plan become timesheets and invoices. Everyone sees changes the moment they happen.

From Availability to a Working Plan.

Four steps, one flow.

Start from availability

Each person's working week, breaks and assigned pattern are already known.

Plan the shifts

Add a single shift or a run of days, and Micronomy fits them to each person's working hours.

Say what the time is for

Link each shift to the customer work it covers, or to internal time such as training or meetings.

Turn it into timesheets

When the work is done, staff log their time from the plan instead of typing it again.

Planning That Stays in Step.

Plan with less effort

  • Built from availabilityShifts follow each person's working week, across one day or many.
  • Customer work and internal timeEvery shift is linked to billable work or to internal time, so the plan already knows what to bill.
  • Work assigned automaticallyPlanning someone on a piece of work gives them access to log time against it.
  • Swedish holidays in viewPublic holidays and half days are in the calendar as you plan.

Everyone in sync

  • Live updatesWhen a shift is added, moved or removed, the people it affects see it straight away.
  • Plans become timesheetsPlanned shifts are the starting point for logging time.
  • Closed weeks stay closedOnce a timesheet week is locked, its shifts can't be changed either.

The right access

  • Staff see their own planEveryone has a personal schedule view and dashboard.
  • Planners planPlanning and removing shifts is reserved for the people responsible.
  • Per teamScheduling is switched on per organisation and per team.

Skills-aware planning

Match shifts to the skills and qualifications your staff hold, including when each one expires.

Plan it once. Bill it right.

Common Questions.

Do I need to set up availability first?

Yes. Shifts are built from each person's working week, so assign availability patterns first. New organisations start with a standard week to build from.

Can I plan internal time as well as customer work?

Yes. A shift can be customer work, which is billed, or internal time such as training or meetings, which isn't.

What happens to the plan after the work is done?

Staff log their time from the planned shifts. If nothing was planned for a day, their availability is used instead.

Can a shift be changed after the week is approved?

Not once the week is locked. A reviewer can unlock it with a reason if a correction is needed.
