Every Hour Billed. Exactly Once.
Micronomy turns your team's timesheets into accurate invoices for every customer in one run. Evening and weekend rates are priced to the minute, nothing is billed twice, and every invoice can be traced back to the hours behind it.
Illustration. Customers, hours and rates are examples. Hours are rounded to the quarter hour.

Common Questions.
Can I change an invoice before it goes out?
Yes. Drafts can be edited freely: lines, quantities, discounts and the invoice header. If two people edit at once, the second is asked to reload instead of overwriting.
What if one customer's invoice fails during a run?
The rest of the run carries on. The customer is flagged with the reason, and you can retry just that invoice once it's fixed.
Could the same hours end up on two invoices?
No. Each hour is claimed by one run while it's being invoiced and recorded once billed. Hours only become billable again if their invoice is cancelled or fully credited.
How are visits that run into the evening priced?
The visit is split where the rate changes, breaks are removed, and each part is priced at its own rate. The invoice line shows the breakdown.
What if an invoice is wrong after it's sent?
Raise a credit note for the lines that are wrong, or for the whole invoice. A full credit returns the hours to unbilled so they can be invoiced again correctly.
