Common Questions.
What's set up for us when we join?
Your organisation, a first team named after it, a Default and an Owner role, a standard 40-hour working week, VAT categories and your features. Then the owner is invited by email.
Can we continue our existing invoice numbers?
Yes. Set an opening number and a prefix, for example the year, and Micronomy continues from there without gaps.
Can someone work for two organisations?
Yes. They keep one login and switch between organisations. Their role, teams and access are set separately in each.
Do other organisations see our data?
No. Each organisation's records, live updates and invoice numbering are kept separate, and you only ever work inside the organisation you've selected.
What if set-up is interrupted?
Each step is tracked. If one fails, the set-up stops and undoes what it started, and you can see where it stopped.
