A 40-page framework agreement. Someone wants to know the evening supplement, when the agreement can be terminated, or whether a call-off follows the framework. The answer is in there – somewhere.
In June we wrote that we use AI where the gain is clear, including reading in new agreements. Here are two features that do exactly that. Both are in Micronomy today.
Ask the agreement
Every agreement and contract has an Ask AI button. Ask a question about the attached documents, in Swedish or English, and get the answer in the same language.
Every claim has a source. The answer carries source markers. Click one and the PDF opens beside the answer with the passage highlighted. You don't have to trust a summary – you see where it says so.
Contract and agreement belong together. Ask about a contract and Micronomy also searches the parent agreement. If they disagree, the contract wins, and the answer says so.
Calculate, don't guess. What do three months with two full-time consultants cost? Micronomy calculates exactly and shows the formula and the numbers, so you can check the result.
Ready-made questions to start with. Summarise the key terms, list obligations, dates and deadlines, or ask for a review of the whole agreement that points out one-sided terms and what to look at more closely.
Answers only from your documents. If the answer isn't in the agreement, Micronomy says so instead of making something up. It can only read – it changes nothing.
Got old, scanned agreements? Turn on OCR and they are read too – and the sources still point to the right passage.
From agreement to pricing rules
Moving an agreement's prices into the system is one of the most error-prone steps. Hourly rates, evening, weekend and overtime supplements must be copied correctly – and a wrong number only shows up on the invoice.
When you set up a pricing matrix from an agreement, Micronomy can read the documents for you:
- Micronomy suggests activities, a standard rate per activity and supplements for evenings, weekends and overtime. Wording like "+50 % of the hourly rate" becomes the right amount.
- You review. Each rule shows how confident the reading is and the quote from the agreement it is based on. You can untick, rename and change prices.
- You decide. Nothing is saved until you have gone through the suggestion and finished the pricing matrix.
The AI does the groundwork. You make the decisions.
Why it matters
The agreement is the basis of every invoice in Micronomy. The faster and more reliably it becomes structured data, the sooner it can drive the schedule, the timesheets and the invoicing – and the fewer errors your customer finds for you.
Got an agreement nobody really wants to read? Bring it to a demo and we'll ask the questions together.
